TankAssist was founded in 2009 and based near Rotterdam, Netherlands. The company's assets are knowledge and experience of all aspects concerning oil-, chemical- and LPG-tankers and their cargo(es).

Its services will comprise:

• Individual assistance to tanker owners and tanker operators with all problems they encounter during daily routine transporting liquid or liquefied cargoes.
• Courses and seminars on all aspects as there are: chemicals, LPG-physics, oil and oil derived products, vegetable oils, tank cleaning, cargo tank coating, safety, gas measurements and more.
• Gas free testing by a certified marine chemist.
• Assistance with / Investigation of ship- and shore based incidents (Ship / P&I Clubs / Authorities)

The added value of a chemist "on call" to assist Owners / operators with cargo issues and coating- / stainless steel compatibility gets more important year over year. If this typical knowledge is not avasilable in your company, TankAssist is available for assisting you on a job by job basis.
